Returns & Refunds

You may return an artwork within 14 days of receiving it. The artwork must be in its original condition.

To start a return, contact us by email. The buyer covers the return shipping cost unless the artwork arrived damaged.

If the artwork arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will refund you in full.

Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 10 business days after we receive the artwork back.
